I checked in around 9:30 10 o’clock and then I went and grab something to eat for dinner and came home. It was midnight. I open the door. There were no blankets on the beds no bedspread no towels. No toilet paper room was filthy. Tried to call. Nobody answered. Walked all the way down. Told the lady I needed to get either into another room or somebody needs to get the beds made up in this room and cleaned it up. She handed me some towels and said that can’t do anything about it, I want my money back. I’ve tried to call no avail. I’m fixing to take it off on my credit card. I do have photos isn’t it convenient? It will not let me put the photos on.

This is by far the worst room I've ever booked. My child was afraid to stay in this room. The bathtub had mold, the door had a hole that looked like someone had punched it. The second bed in the first room was broke down, the carpet was coming up in the doorway of the second bedroom.

Had to ask front desk for towels. They had no wash cloths or hand towels. There was no breakfast. The office was locked until after breakfast. I called the emergency number posted on the door and the person who answered said breakfast was only coffee and granola bars. The room had no towels, we had to go to the front desk (3 times) to ask for some, and only got 2 towels on our 3rd visit. The first time we went to ask for towels was around 10:55pm, the doors to the front desk were locked and the employee did not respond to knocks. The towels were not clean - they looked like they'd been stepped on or dragged through the parking lot. The room had no remote control for the TV, the bed sheets were stained and looked like they had straight-up dirt in them. The pillow cases were also stained, the pillows themselves were also flat and the filling was clumped. The floor was sticky (almost like it was washed with sugar water) and visibly dirty in most places The tub had a red line of dirt on it as well as black stains. Water pressure in the sink and the shower was extremely weak. The first night, the toilet would not stop running - my partner had to go and fix it himself so we could sleep. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, so trash accumulates. The lamps were new, which was nice.

The shower was disgusting, there was no phone, tv didn't work, deadbolt on door didn't work, saftey latch was broken so only lock was the doorknob and the door wasn't even closed when I got there. I told them i wanted a refund because i wasn't staying there. Front desk said i had to csll Expedia because I booked through them, of course they're was no phone number for them.

Upon my arrival, the front doors are locked and nobody is in the lobby. There was a sign posted on the door saying to call the number posted. I did that, it went straight to a voicemail where I was unable to leave a message. I had to find another room to stay that night and lost my money for this hotel..

The room was filthy. There were no towels, we had to ask for toilet paper and was given one roll for 5 adults for 5 days. The beds were terrible, had a piece of the metal frame puncture my leg and I was scared of infection from the filth. No one emptied our trash cans, smoke detectors were beeping all the time, no lights in one bathroom, had to use a flashlight to use the bathroom. Pitiful service, will not ever use again.

AWFUL PLACE (NEVER STAY)
This was the worst place I ever said. Starting with was not handicapped like was supposed to be. So no shower for four days. Room was dirty,no toilet paper,no towels, TV in one bedroom but the one in mine was broken. Used same sheets not even made up for four days. No one vacuumed at any point. When to office daily, with a line of upset visitors with all the same problems. This was the first vacation I had in ten years, what a way to spend it. I will never stay at another Days inn and advice the same. Thank you Jim

Room dirty, spider webs, bedside stand dirty, towel rack fell off the wall, shower curtain dirty at the bottom, sheets stained, pillows terrible (one was only a half pillow and we went and bought our own pillows, no coffee pot (bit had coffee, sugar, etc in the room), did not have enough towels and wash rags and no hand towels (didn’t have any towels one day),. Oh and garbage not picked up. Would go outside next morning and someone had put garbage outside and it would be strewed all over the walkway. I also had requested a bottom level as my Father is blind and when we got there said none was available!! We were put on 3rd floor. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Do not stay here unless you are desperate!
