The front desk service was good, but the cashier in wood grill for breakfast, the black curly hair lady, wasn't giving a service attitude. Even we are a few minutes late, she can tell us in a nicer way instead of a cold face, that's not an attitude as a customer expecting.

No quiet time and kids messing with machines so they don’t work. Running up and down halls with no parents. Every time someone was on the elevator it made a sound that woke me everytime.

The rugs in the hall and in the room are so stained! The coffee maker in the room was dirty with mold growing near the handle. The "fireplace" is merely for ambiance....it gives no heat. The bed had one thin blanket.....roughest blanket I have ever felt and there were cuts in it. I was going downstairs to meet a delivery and noticed rice spilled in the hall. I stopped by and told the front desk staff. They said they would send someone up to clean it but the next morning when we went to breakfast it was still there!!! This could be very nice with some TLC and some cleaning.

The hotel staff was fantastic! They were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, spacious and very clean. Hotel is renovating, but not a problem for the guests. We will definitely stay here again. Overall, the hotel was great! Thank you!

There was lots of spiders on the balcony.. Hot water pressure wasn’t good. The pool water looked green. The arcade games were broken took your coins.. No washer and dryer for guest to use… SPIDERS SPIDERS SPIDERS
