I booked 3 rooms. The first was supposed to be handicapped accessible but it was not. The bathroom was tight. The toilet was very low & it did not have a wheelchair accessible shower. Plus, there was not enough room around the kitchenette. Room #2 had ants terribly. Room 3’s toilet leaked. And the shower had hair around the drain. All 3 rooms’ tv’s didn’t work either. They were building new facilities on the property but they should use that money to fix up what they already have.

A good place to stay with family
The hotel is okay, a bit outdated, but you can see they're renovating it, so it will likely meet modern standards soon. It's located in a fantastic spot, just a 15-minute walk from most attractions in Pigeon Forge, which is very convenient, especially during the holidays when you can trade an hour in traffic for a ten-minute walk. The staff is super friendly, it's clean and tidy, and the value for money is excellent. I recommend it.

Arrived and found no breakfast vouchers offered from Monday through Friday and room look like pigs lived in the carpet and beds are cheap looking and squeaky and pillows are the worst and the receptionist acted like we were idiots and didn’t know how to book a hotel they did give us 10% off and change our room at least they tried to do something for all the inconveniences

The place is rough! Super dirty and old. Graffiti on the elevator doors, old carpet that you couldn't tell what color it was. The walls all around the property were bad. They had a tiny weight room and arcade area that didn't work. All of the games were basically broken and if you asked for a refund the lady would say "ok, but just this one time" as if it was my fault the machine took my money. The best part was pool which is mainly why we chose the place, it was inside and warm. It's just very dirty all around it. This hotel has a lot of potential but we were not impressed and not to mention the halls smelled like Weed. On the Breakfast side They partnered with the Buffet at the front of the property that had decent food but it was also a run down spot. You had to pay for extra drinks of any kind which was not convenient, but the waitresses were nice so that's a plus. We were told that you had to pick up vouchers by 9:30 am and eat by 10:30 am but that's not the case either. It's also super inconvenient because you have to walk across the parking lot to get breakfast then go through the restaurant for your meal so it ends up being an hour to and hour and a half. They don't offer late check-out so that's also unfortunate as well. It's a great location if you are doing everything in PF but I recommend staying somewhere else unless the pool is your only option.

Property was under construction so parking was understandable. The only issue we had was repaired as soon as it was called in. The place could use some updates but for the price of the rooms, we were satisfied with our stay.

To be honest I reserved 3 rooms and one of our rooms 4030 was the room and hat we had issues with. The tv didn’t work the room and there were roaches that were found. The refrigerators in all rooms were in bad shape. Must of the machines in the arcade didn’t work. This place was definitely not a place I would stay again. There was a lot of furniture in the hallways. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay here during their renovations.
