Mountain View Condos offer sunset mountain views and yet are parkway close. Restaurants are walking distance away. Even offering a shuttle for 50 cents just steps away.
Condo has Year Round Hot Tub & Indoor Pool and Heated Splashpad Outdoor Pool, Playground, Picnic tables and Grills are also available.
We love the views from the all the rooms. There are perfect sunsets from our Balcony. Home is furnished with leather furniture, upgraded kitchen and fridge with side by side ice and water dispenser. We offer three comfy bedrooms with two king sized beds, and two queens (including queen Aero bed) flat screens in all the rooms.

Our Mountain View Home features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, inviting stacked stone fireplace, high speed internet, HDTV's, jetted tub, and private balconies with amazing mountain views.

Come see why we fell in love with and made it our home. It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Mountain View Condo's are located between red light #0 and red light #1. We're across the street from the Titanic, turn Left at Dunkin Donut's.

This unit has all new appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a Jetted tub in the master bedroom. There is a washer, dryer & blowdryer too.
Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park 3 miles away. Enjoy The Island, LeConte Convention Center and Kal Ripken Experience only one mile away. Even groceries are available just a mile away at Publix, Walmart or Kroger.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo offers great Mountain and Sunset views and you can see the Titanic Fireworks as well.

We love the area so much our family owns other units.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom. VRBO 455176 & 609850 have ADA toilets and grab bars.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

Great place to stay! It was very nice, the rooms were large and we had plenty of room to relax. It is far enough off the main road that it was quiet. It was centrally located to everything, attractions, food and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Right in the heart of everything, great location. Very comfortable for a large family, plenty of room. We were I town for a sporting event, location made it easy to grab some groceries and plenty of restaurant options for dinner.

Smokey Mountain Christmas!
Very nice property with a great location, easy check in process it was nice when we arrived to see that we had a small Christmas tree which was nice. Nice to have a high chair for the baby also. We did have trouble with the dryer not drying the towels, I had to start it over and over multiple times. I know it wasn’t overloaded because the next day I only washed two towels and two wash cloths and the same thing. I did call they said they would check it out. But it still continued to do the same thing considering we had to wash our own towels after our showers it was quite a lot of time and trouble. Overall very nice place.

Very Nice Location
It was a very nice and easy location for all of the activities in Pigeon Forge. There weren’t too many other tourists in the building so we never had to wait long for the elevator or any parking. The only issue when we checked in was an extremely strong smell of Clorox throughout the condo but the strongest in the master bedroom area. It was very overwhelming and we had to air out the condo so it wouldn’t affect us all. Everything else was very easy and simple and we had a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient and had a good view. Some minor TLC was needed -- Our outside door in the master was taped shut with painters tape. The condo was nice and we were able to spend time with family. Could use some small things - good pan for the oven, small kitchen items. Overall we had what we needed. We would recommend this unit and would like to come again soon.

the location is perfect , and if you like dunkin its walking distance just down the driveway, The grounds are clean and well kept. The pool is heated which is great for October visits and an indoor pool is great too. The condo I stayed in was clean and updated having a washer and dryer was great. Comfortable Stay!
This property delivered a very comfortable stay for my family in Pigeon Forge this week, six of us total including a toddler. Very convenient location to many local attractions and a short drive to Gatlinburg. We appreciated the small playground for the kids as well. This place was very comfortable and plenty of room. Very well decorated and stocked with essentials in kitchen. We enjoyed our time on the balcony watching the neighborhood cats an, graound hogs and even a beautiful skunk. (No smell).

We had a great time and this was a great location. It was a beautiful place as a whole. The only things I will say The morning we were leaving I walked barefoot just for about a couple hours and my feet were literally black. Plus the bathroom drains were slow to drain. Thank you!

Good Location -- Unit Needs Attention
Our first stay at VRBO unit. There was good and bad. THE GOOD: easy to book; nice location close to everything; okay pools with ample outdoor play area; and roomy unit easy to accommodate 6 people. THE BAD: -- Amenities: We expected at least the same things you got in moderately priced hotel room but there were no facial tissues; no hair dryers; only two pillows on each king bed with no extras; no luggage stands; no hangers in closets; no garbage disposal; only two teaspoons; only one hand towel per bathroom. -- Appearance: Unit clearly not updated recently -- unpainted areas around front door lock; several doors stuck so badly we couldn't pull them open or closed; curtain rods falling down; baseboard moldings beat up & dirty; cracks in vinyl flooring; bar stools could raise & lower but wouldn't hold their position; TV channel guide not remotely close to actual channels; one bathroom sink did not drain properly & one had makeshift stop that did not properly fit; --Cleanliness: mold and mildew in washing machine; no blankets on beds- found one in drawer that was dirty & smelly; filthy windows; shower door bottom sweep thick with dark mold; shower pans dirty looking; grout around toilet & shower gross; A/C would not cool properly. Photos available on request. We arrived Saturday & soon noticed many of these items so we texted host. She texted an offer to refund us for last four days but there was nothing else available so we stayed. Overall, enjoyed area but not condo unit.
