After reading tons of reviews for hotels in the area we picked this one. It had everything we wanted indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Lazy river was a bonus! We stayed 5 nights. Room with kitchenette area and balcony overlooking the pools and mountains. Great free breakfast every morning including biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurts and more. The staff were all super nice. Property was all well kept. The price was very budget friendly. Right off the main strip with quiet and peaceful feel to it. I never leave reviews, but it was so important to me to find the perfect place for my family vacation and this place was definitely it! Hope this helps someone else trying to find a great place to stay while visiting the area.

The lazy river was a big hit. We normally don't spend a lot of time at a hotel but we relaxed all 3 days in the lazy river.

Easy check-in process with pleasant front desk staff. Key cards stopped working throughout stay anytime they were near cell phones, other electronics, or anything magnetic, so we had to keep going back down to the desk to fix them throughout the stay. Breakfast food was just ok. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby throughout the day and free newspapers, so that was very much appreciated. Beds were hard which made it difficult to sleep but the pillows were very soft. Room did have a full size fridge, stovetop, and microwave. Most frustrating part of the room was that there were not enough places to hang wet towels and bathing suits. In a room for 6 people, there was only 1 towel bar and 1 hook in the bathroom. Hot tub worked well and the kids loved the pools, but the pool towels were very tiny so I would suggest bringing a beach towel to use instead.

Great place to go with kids. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Breakfast is good, eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal with toppings of your choice, waffles, orange and apple juice, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast. Nothing exotic but it’s included in the price. The room was dated but clean, which is all that matters in my opinion. The only oddity is that we didn’t have an ice bucket and the elevator is slow. Seriously my only two complaints, such insignificant things. If we come back to Pigeon Forge this is where we’re staying.

Had a variety of pools to choose from on location. Little porch was convenient to back right up to from parking lot on ground level Being a few blocks off of the main Street gave peace and quiet just minutes from all the excitement. I will definitely be back to this establishment.
