The hotel itself is gorgeous and very clean. We brought our 2 teenagers and the rooms are large and have many ammentities to make traveling with always hungry kids easy. Our only issue was with cleaning staff. Our room was not often attended to, which was not an issue really but we continually had to call for towels and toilet paper. They did not replace paper when they did clean it.

Overall very good stay
Overall our stay was very good. The room was huge and beds were very comfortable. I wish somewhere in the hotel amenities was written that there is no parking on the premises. You have to either valet parking or walk two parking lots to get to a self parking. Overall, it wasn’t a big deal but that is an important piece of information missing.

Fun place to stay. Staff at hotel were excellent. Little disappointed in room as we had stayed before in a king any was very nice. This time no king available so settled for 2 twins and just room wasn’t as nice especially the bathroom. Housekeeping a little spotty but was ok. Could tell some areas missed and couple of dirty towels left one day. Overall ok.

We came for Dollywood for the day and chose to stay at this hotel because it was basically in the middle of everything at the Island. My son LOVED it. It was a great room and everything was really clean and a fireplace in the room was a nice touch!!
