We have stayrd here for three years. Front desk was helpful. Twin pull out bed was gross, matress stained terribly, no sheets for the twin bed, patio door was nasty with greasy kids finger prints ( we stayed in the same room last year and advised the front desk at that time of the same thing) looked like it had never been cleaned. House keeping pulled the comforter up over unmade beds. We had to get our own towels from front desk after requesting them the previous day. Will not stay again.

Average hotel. Staff was friendly and beds were clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable and should be replaced. There were beer bottle caps under our sink area. Attention was not given to cleanliness. Door handle area covered in fingerprints and smudging. We did not eat at the hotel so we cannot comment on breakfast. The area did feel safe. Just pay closer attention to details.

Hotel is in good location. Room on 4th floor was not nearly as clean as previous stay one month ago on a different floor. Need to have an additional microwave in breakfast area since many things you get must be microwaved.

Awful hotel with a nice view
Pros: Amazing views from our room, great location, lobby is very welcoming. Cons: Light outside on balcony stays on and there is no blackout curtain for the window on the door. (See pic), beds are worn out and have dips in the mattress, bedspreads had rips and tears all on them, WiFi is terrible only a poor to fair signal in our room, no handicap parking, outlets in the room are all loose, nothing stays plugged in, the shower door is only half a door leaving the floor on the side you get out of pretty wet. Which explains the mildew smell in there. (see pic), bring a sound machine bc you can hear everything even the traffic outside, you have to microwave everything at breakfast, so it’s not technically a hot breakfast and certainly not fresh, The yogurt is one big container with a spoon, you dip out what you want. Very unsanitary, gnats are awful in the room, and lady at the front desk is very unfriendly, if you ask her anything she acts like you’re bothering her. Very unclean feeling overall.

We showed up and the outside and lobby were nice and clean. We got our room key and as we entered the room, there was dirt and debris on the floor. The bed had pieces of food on it and the pillows were stacked on each other with multiple hairs all over them. We asked for another room and when we went into that room, the bathroom and shower were not clean and there was a blood stain on the blanket on one of the beds. We asked for a refund and were told to go through Hotels.com. The person at the front did not seem interested in hearing our complaints. As we were leaving, my daughter was using the lobby bathroom. She said an actual penny fell from the ceiling tile and hit her on the head. Avoid this place. Poorly managed and unsanitary.

Property is a bit outdated. Paid extra to have a fire place but it didn’t work. The cleanliness wasn’t great. There was an earring back in the floor as soon as I walked in the room. That would have been picked up if it was vacuumed. There were also bandaids stuck on the floor in the pool area.

It was clean, the mattresses hurt my back but its probably cause I am getting old. Haha. I didn't know the outside pool would already be shut down for the summer. The breakfast was good. It wasn't a loud hotel, it was very quiet.
