I didn’t expect much from the property. Overall the area was convenient and safe, and the room felt clean and comfortable. The pool was not really clean to use and it didn’t seem like there was enough staff to maintain it. For the most part, the staff was nice except for one night that the person staying next to us racially profiled us and accused us of smoking in the room which wasn’t true. The night manager made the situation worse by accusing us of the same. Even when we proved we weren’t, she never apologized. Horrible customer service! And for that reason I would never go back to this hotel.

Stay here, you won’t be disappointed
We’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s really close to everything and not a far drive to Dollywood. Rooms are always clean, staff are always friendly, breakfast is always good. What more could you ask for!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary this weekend. We were so happy with the cleanliness and were able to relax after being out all day. The staff were so kind during check-in, our stay, and checking out. We will be back again, will recommend this hotel to all friends, and family.
