When I checked in there were blood stains on the sheets and mattress cover. I notified the front desk to get more sheets and the sheets were too small. They also had holes in them. The AC unit quit working on the 1st night. The refrigerator had a terrible odor to it. The one thing I can brag about is getting fresh wash rags and towels daily.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn & Suites Dollywood. It was clean and the staff was professional & friendly. Our room did not have a full function heater. I did not report it until leaving because we had a fireplace that was wonderful and that supplied sufficient heat for us. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working either. The cleaning staff did a wonderful service. We definitely would stay here again.

This is a basic but very clean Motel. The staff is extremely helpful from the front desk to maid service and maintenance. We had a small problem as our door lock froze and we couldn’t get in and the staff quickly helped us and then offered us a new room. I can’t say enough good about their staff service. Breakfast was a good start to day.

The room was as expected! This was a grwat cost effective way to our family to do dollywood! The room was clean. The breakfast was good. We appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room. Walking distance to dennys for a late night snack. Overall this was a no frills motel style(doors to outside) room that was clean and comfortable and very budget friendly!

The dining area for breakfast was too small. It could not accommodate all of the guests. Some people had no where to sit. The TVs were not smart and the kids couldn’t use their gaming system. Although I had no problem with that, it was a family vacation. The staff was very attentive to our needs, friendly, and professional.

Not bad for price
Room was clean and smelled good. The water to the shower wouldnt come out the spigot for the tub but that wont a big deal. The ac/heat was really loud but once asleep was no big deal. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was better than expected

The door handle on the outside. We had trouble opening. The curtains were broke where they would not stay closed.The Ice machine at the end didn't work The ice machine on our end of the building did not work. The ice machine on our end was broken.
