Honestly didn’t know what to expect as we’ve never stayed here before. For the price you absolutely cannot beat it. The rooms were huge, massive TV, clean bathrooms, no bugs, super friendly staff, and within walking distance of attractions/a grocery store. My only complaint would be the pool stayed pretty full with rowdy kids but that’s not the properties fault.

This was absolutely the best day that I've had in a hotel in a long time. They have a full inclusive all hot breakfast and also a 24-hour indoor pool which was excellent I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to have a great time in pigeon forge

This hotel is super clean and has a well maintained property. Both the indoor and outdoor pool areas are beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was great with lots of options. There are several restaurants and other activities close enough to walk to. The rooms were recently remodeled and were spacious and very comfortable. All staff members were friendly and went above and beyond.

Great Clean Hotel
It is a very well maintained property. Everything is new and clean and makes you want to just stay. The pool was clean. Our rooms were very clean. I will be going back to this hotel again in the very near future. Conveniently located to the island. The breakfast was also nice.

The check in and out process was so easy and the desk workers were so cheerful and nice. The amenities were like no other with the 24 hr pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and the workers and cooks were fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable and recently updated. It's my new favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge.

This is the best option if you are trying to be near The Island. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean, nice 24 hr pool and hot tub, great outdoor pool, and nice breakfast from 7-10. Employees are great as well. I spent one night here and one at Country Cascades and this was the better choice for half the price. Will definitely go back.

The property is right across from the Island & has lots of shopping and activities within walking distance. The indoor pool 24 hour access is a great amenity!!! The staff was friendly & helpful. The beds were a bit uncomfortable & didn't seem like Queen size.
