We had a great stay. One morning we did not have hot water, but it was fixed promptly. Heat worked, room was clean, there was no issues getting fresh clean towels, convenient location, staff courteous, good breakfast options.

Perfect getaway
We had a king jaccuzi room with a fireplace. It was spotless and very comfortable and cozy. The hotel has in indoor pool and offered hot breakfast each morning. It was very convenient to the parkway and shopping and attractions. Housekeeping did an excellent job, as did the front desk staff. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Staff was super friendly, property was clean, well taken care of. I loved that the little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and sooas was Dove.
