The hotel was good for the price we paid. The staff was very friendly and we were able to add an extra night at the last minute. The pancake breakfast was amazing, the pancakes were huge and delicious. The pool was cleaned everyday and my kids enjoyed swimming every night.

When I checked in to the red roof and they charge me a deposit a damage deposit they called it $100 they said if everything was all right in the room and to get $95 back and I can’t buy dollars for processing fee OK when I went to the room there were stains on the beds I called down to the office and told them because I didn’t wanna get charged for this I took a video of the room I took the pictures of the beds are the stains the floors are absolutely filthy I had white socks on and it ruined and we had to wear her shoes the whole time we was in this place I was gonna get the mop and mop the floors and the mop it was a spin mop looked like it had never been washed out at all it was simply as black as the Payment in the driveway so I don’t know how you keep the room perfectly clean when the floor is that dirty but I did do the lot the bedspread and the sheets I washed them because I said they would charge me if I had a slice of dog hair on them and so I washed them didn’t put them back on the bed I put the sheets on but I didn’t put the bedspread back on the bed until he was ready to walk out the door and the stains that was on there or not all of them come out when I wash them but I do not think it’s fair that I have to pay $100 for something that was it go down there and stay the weekend and you see how dirty the floors hour thank you for all your help and I will always stay at this red within but I will never stray againThe next day passes for Photos I don’t know how to add

The room was very clean. This room was pet friendly and it smelled clean. The problems were the beds were hard as a rock. The hot water was barely warm. There was no plug in the bathtub if you wanted to take a bath. Housekeeping did an awesome job cleaning the rooms. The location was great. The pet friendly part was also great. There were plenty of towels, and bedding.

Don't every stay here
It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in the USA. I have been in the US for more than 15 years. 1. The checkout process is so long one gets exhausted 2. The lady at checkout gave the wrong key 3. The pathway to the room is all dirty and filled with trash, and water coming off from external A/c units outside the rooms 4. The bathroom sink doesn't work. Despite many complaints, no action has been taken 5. The A/C machine was all dirty and made loud noise throughout the night 6. Not enough light in the room and it is all dark 7. Despite several complaints no action has been taken 8. I have seen one of the other ladies complaining about dog poop under the bed which was not cleaned by the housekeeping.

You get what you pay for
I choose Red Roof Inn for a cheap overnight sleep at a place with a free breakfast. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. However, the rooms were just OK and the mattress was about as soft as the wood floor. The kicker is the way they nickel and dime you - take a $100 damage deposit, but keep $5 as a service fee no matter what. The free breakfast is a voucher for a pancake place next door which offers a small stack of pancakes for free and then upcharges for anything else you want to eat. Our free breakfast for 3 (2 kids and an adult) cost $28.

My family which includes three kids of varying ages, all enjoyed the stay. There was plenty of space within the room, it was clean, front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was open and clean. The rooms are a little dated as to design and decor but overall very nice room.

The reservation they approved for cancelled after not having the deposit for being local as soon as we left to go get the deposit put on are card they cancelled it and won't issue a refund/cancellation at all as it's still in a payment process.
