While this property had rooms that are a bit outdated they were very clean. This is in a good location to walk to some of the local eateries and attractions. There was a sweet older lady working the front desk. She was cute and sweet.

The pictures were overstated. We had a standard size King room but it did not have a love seat, only a chair. We were going to offer our little one the option of sleeping on the loveseat or in the bed with us. The breakfast was lacking. There was no fruit, no waffles like in the picture. They had powered eggs, strange sausage, one kind of mini-muffin (lemon poppy one day, banana nut the next day), loaf bread for toast, 2 kinds of cereal but out of the third kind, milk in a thermos that ran out, packets of oatmeal and grits, no yogurt the first day but had some the second day, frozen biscuits and sausage gravy in a crock pot. The juice and coffee were good.

Nice welcoming & friendly young man on reception. Room was spacious/clean & had usual facilities. Beds comfy & I liked the little balcony. Could see the river but also had traffic noise (but not in room). Breakfast nice with hot & cold selections. Pleasant area to sit in too. Outside pool closed but inside open but didn’t use as very small. Rocking chairs provided outside overlooking river so quite peaceful. There is a trolley stop outside but need to know times but I drove into Pigeon Forge. (Caught trolley to Gatlinburg one day). So many places to stay but I was happy with this one

we had a very good stay. Our only issue is that the parking is difficult to find at night. I parked in the neighbors parking lot the entire time we were there.

Overall my stay was great. Super convenient and easy to get to. The ac unit had food in the vents and the bath tub had tape over a hole. The continental breakfast area was very small with not alot of seating
