It was just okay
The breakfast was good. The room was a bit small, older and could use a good cleaning. The young man at the front desk was very rude. The pools were nice for the kids. The hot tub needs a serious cleaning, the cement was green.

It was a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. It was central to Pigeon Forge activities - some of them easily walkable. It's not a resort - don't expect that - but if you want a nice, clean comfortable place to stay, this is it.

Was extremely disappointed and upset that I booked this hotel months In advance without knowing their pool and hot tub was going to be closed the entire time of our stay. This was one of the main reasons why I booked with this hotel. I also was not notified by hotel staff that this was going to happen so I could have changed my plans that I made months in advance and I could have canceled and went somewhere else. Not only was this closed down but for three days closed down with no work being completed! Emailed hotel on a Monday with a Friday check out and still they have not responded!! The staff was not friendly did not have any customer service skills at all one older lady all you ever seen her doing was playing on her phone. Checked out early in the morning front desk person had hardly nothing to say. The breakfast was terrible needs to be reworked same thing every single day paid to go out to breakfast almost everyday because the breakfast was so bad .
