For the most part the property was nice( people,accomedations,service). But, they only have one parking space for each room, and only one of those was handicap! I got sick and had to leave 2 days early and they said since we went through 3rd party (travelocity) they could not make a refund that had to be trvelocicty.

This location is great. The included breakfast is sufficient and had a variety of options. The views from the rooms are so pretty being right on the river. The room was large but needed some additional updates. Overall a good stay.

We stayed overnight after a full day at Dollywood. The room was clean and comfortable, the fireplace was much appreciated after being out in the cold. Friendly staff, good breakfast and spacious room.
