We stayed at Twin Mountain Inn and Suites from 10/25/2024-10/30/2024. It is a pet friendly hotel. I saw people with huge pitbulls at this hotel. It was scary when the elevator opened and a man was with his pitbull. I won't be coming back because of this. In addition, a previous guest's dog clawed the door frame of the bathroom door. It looked horrible. The housekeeping uses cleaners that smell like bleach. Everyday we had to open the door to air out the bleach smell. The bedsheets smelled like bleach. Beds were set every day, but the bedsheets were never cleaned. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. It was very nice to have a private balcony overlooking the river.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, rooms with private terraces overlooking a stream frequented by ducks, geese, and other birds. The breakfast bar was well stocked, too. Only one quibble: walking across the carpet in our room, we noticed the bottoms of our feet were almost black. The carpets need to be cleaned. But that's a small issue for an overall excellent hotel at a very reasonable price, close to restaurants and the end of Pigeon Forge closest to the national park entrance.

I'll be staying there again
This was a quick 3 day get-a-way trip for the wife and me. Impressed that the brought in clean linen and made the bed every day. The two girls that work the early morning breakfast was out standing, that they made sure food and coffee was always available and came over to help me with the door when my hands were full. Great job to everyone and the place was super clean

Our family spent a weekend at this property with our small dog. The hotel was very clean, very quiet and the view of the river was really nice. The location was fine—typical Pigeon Forge (except it is not on the main strip; it is directly across the street from the parking lot for The Stampede). It's a good location if you're looking to be close to Dollywood and access to the Smoky Mtn NP. The outdoor pool is very small, but we never saw more than 3 people using it. The ladies who worked the desk in the morning were very sweet. For us, the beds were a bit too firm, and the breakfast area was both small and limited in selection. Our room had two queen beds and we appreciated the bathroom layout as the toilet and shower were in a separate room with a sink, but there was also an outside sink so you could have two people getting ready at once. It was a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Easy access to everthing,large room with deck overlooking Little Pigeon River(Id say creek) but very nice.Breakfast was always hot and fresh.Service in all departments was top notch.Will be back to the area and would stay here with no doubt .Great bargain for the price .

We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waterfowl and fish in the river. It was so quiet and peaceful here. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the area alot.

Flight was delayed by 2hr into Knowxville so by the time I arrived at hotel it was 3:45am. I had called to notify the girl at front desk I'd be late. NO ONE ANSWERED the front door for 30-40 minutes after repeated pounding, ringing doorball, shaking front door. Finally she arrived, told me sho took a "pill" and was completely out of it. Had to call the cops as I was worried for her! She looked exhausted, sick, etc. The got into a VERY old, musty, run down room. Bed was OK to sleep. Soooo much deferred maintenance. Location on creek is nice until wasps fly into room. Breakfast is disgusting ... fake eggs, cold sausage, stale biscuits,etc. All in all, I'd go someplace else.
