Large family house located in the heart of a village in central Var.
On the ground floor you will find a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, toilets and a large living room opening onto an enclosed garden.
In the living room with fireplace, you will find comfortable leather sofas and armchairs where you can relax.
No need for air conditioning because the large stone walls ensure a home that is always fresh, even in the hottest hours of summer.
The decoration is tasteful and refined. High quality materials.
The large dining room table can seat 12 guests.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and all the equipment necessary to cook.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1, garden side: parental suite of 40 m² with two French doors opening onto a balcony. 160 cm bed, 18th century lounge, office and adjoining bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
Bedroom 2 (27 m²) street side, 160 cm bed, toilet area (sink).
On the second floor, two other bedrooms:
Bedroom 3, garden side, large 42m² "children's dormitory" room with a 160 cm bed and two separate 90 cm beds.
Bedroom 4, street side (28 m²), 160 cm bed.
A shared bathroom between bedrooms 3 and 4 with large bathtub and double sink.
1 separate toilet with hand basin.
The upper floors are accessible via a wide staircase.
The exterior:
The living room opens onto a terrace to the south of 30 m² with wrought iron pergola, surrounded by a small wall equipped with an outdoor lounge, which extends onto the lawn garden with a Burgundy stone basin and Briare enamels from 10X4 m.
On the other side of the garden, another 30 m² terrace houses a summer kitchen, complete with a stone sink, a hob, a pizza oven, a gas plancha, a large table, adjoining a pool house equipped with a shower and separate WC.
The Provençal village is located at the foot of the Massif des Maures, dominated from the top of its 780m altitude by the Chapel of Notre Dame des Anges, it gives the best panoramic view of the whole region.
The village is small, charming, and offers a lot of freshness in summer thanks to its many dripping fountains and its very many plane trees which provide shade on small squares and narrow alleys.
Pignans preserves from its historical past a Gallo-Roman church, the Sarrazine Clock Tower which carries a campanile and the town hall (1682) which was the former home of Jules Gérard famous hunter born in 1817, nicknamed the killer of lions (he inspired Alphonse Daudet for his character of Tartarin de Tarascon).

The linen is provided, sheets, towels (one small and one bath towel per person) and tea towels.

Please do not sit on the sofa with wet clothes or swimsuits. A deposit will be retained if the seats are stained.
Please do not leave with the towels provided by the property.
Before your departure and out of respect for the cleaning team, we ask you:
- empty your trash
- to empty the fridge and the dishwasher
- to clean the barbecue
Your holiday rental has been delivered in a good state of cleanliness, we do not ask you to do the cleaning, but wait until your departure the house is in a correct state. A cleaning supplement can be deducted from the deposit.
