Disappointing Experience I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. They charge extra for water, which should be a basic amenity, and there were no cups provided to drink it. The room service was practically non-existent, and I had to constantly ask for towels because they didn't provide enough. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was weak, making the room stuffy. On top of that, there weren’t enough luggage carts available, and the ones they did have were dirty. The bathroom was another issue – the tub was grimy, the shampoo bottles were empty, and the showerhead was installed so low it was hard to use comfortably. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards. I won’t be staying here again.

This hotel advertised a restaurant, but it was only open for a breakfast buffet only (host said that was the only option). I stayed on the weekend and the entire restaurant was closed all Saturday and Sunday night and afternoon. Linens on the bed were not clean along with glasses/ice bucket in the room when I checked in. They were both dirty and had been used. I was too tired after traveling to request another room.

Although we had a print out of our confirmation through Expedia, the Hotel had no reservation for us. Fortunately they did have rooms but I had to pay for it. Now I have to try to get a credit from Expedia for the cost of the reservation made through them. Please advise how I do that.
