PLAYA MIL PALMERAS. CHALET ON THE BEACH - UNFORGETTABLE VACATION DAYS

The house is located on a plot of 1 000 m2. The plot has a large garden, swimming pool, parking area, barbecue, pin-pong and wood, a shed storage room, a cabin, etc.
The interior is simple, but very pleasant. It has a large diaphanous space and more than eighty square meters on the ground floor where the hall is located, which is the base of the tower that can be seen in the photo, the living room with wood stove, the dining room, a bathroom, the kitchen and the staircase to the upper floor.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. It also has a terrace / balcony from where until very little time ago you could see the beach. At present, only a small piece of the sea can be glimpsed ...
One of the bedrooms has a balcony to the outside and has two beds, a wardrobe and a desk. The other bedroom also has two beds, two forge cupboards, a desk / bureau and the possibility of another bed.
The plot has a large garden with lawn and trees, allowing to accommodate pets after consultation. In it lives the Antonia turtle, a "small" specimen in charge of keeping the grass well mowed.
Only 150 or 200 meters away is the beach of Mil Palmeras, one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. Recently, the promenade that joins the municipalities of Orihuela and Pilar de la Horadada along the coast was opened.
The activities to be developed are countless. From hiking, water sports, to cultural visits (Cartagena, Murcia, Orihuela ...)

High spec. villa very clean. Lovely pool in garden and more than enough seating everywhere. One shower room could be a problem for 6 people though there is a toilet and wash basin downstairs. 5 min. walk to supermarket, 6 min. walk to beach.

Gracias José Antonio por permitirnos disfrutar unos días en tú casa, me ha sabido a poco, la villa en sí es preciosa, todo super limpio, tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar, el jardín, la casa, muy acogedor, me sentí como en mi propia la casa. La piscina una maravilla, más grande de lo que me esperaba. La casita de juegos fenomenal, la mesa de pin pon y un montón de juegos que nos vino fenomenal para jugar en familia. La ubicación ideal, playa cerca, supermercado, farmacia, parques para pasear a mi perrete. Antonia es una pasada, no te das ni cuenta cuando sale. Destacar la tranquilidad de la zona, la comodidad de las camas ( que no es lo normal) y lo fresquito que se duerme. Muchas gracias por todo José Antonio, esperamos volver. Un saludo.

Amazing beach house with private swimming pool
La casa es genia, la situación es genial, la piscina es maravillosa. Tengo que admitir que ha superado mis espectativas. La casa es muy amplia. Más de lo que parece en las fotos. Está muy bien equipada. Y hasta las camas son comodas. En serio, a veces las camas dejan mucho que desear pero en casa de Jose Antonio hemos dormido genial. La descripción de la casa no engaña. La playa está muy cerca, el supermercado también. Pero es que dan pocas ganas de salir porque en la casa y en su amplio porche se está genial. La tortuga Antonio paseandose es un plus si te gustan los animales y eres respetuoso con ellos. Una gran atracción. Volveré en cuanto se presente la oportunidad.

Ha sido una experiencia genial, la casa está super bien conservada, con una buena ubicación y con muchas posibilidades (piscina, pingpong...) Pasamos una dias maravillosos, y la comunicación con Jose Antonio muy bien también, da mucha confianza. Preparó todo con rapidez para que entraramos lo antes posible y nos dio total flexibilidad para la salida. Recomendable 100%, repetiremos! 😁

Los dueños en todo momento han puesto facilidades, la casa es preciosa y espaciosa perfecta para 6 e incluso se podría más gente. La limpieza una maravilla y la piscina muy cuidada con un jardín mantenido por nuestra querida tortuga la cual es una maravilla y no molesta nada, hay un gato compañero muy cariñoso y muy bien cuidado por la gente de los alrededores (teníamos una veterinaria con nosotras en el grupo y se quedó sorprendida de lo bien cuidado que estaba para ser de la calle) aunque el dueño nos advirtió que por favor no le hiciésemos caso ya que le das la mano y se coge el brazo. Sin duda una experiencia magnífica en una casa maravillosa La ubicación está muy bien, a unos 7 minutos de la playa, con supermercado cerca y farmacia. La zona muy tranquila y bonita. Recomendable al 100%
