we were surprised how convenient hotel was. Very modern and great stay. they gave great directions to local must sees and helped with taxi and airport transportation. Loved iour stay there!

They were great! I thought the air-conditioning could've worked a little better but I already know to expect that in the UK. Otherwise, staff was amazing. The only thing that should've been thought is that people who aren't on a romantic vacation don't want to see their family members nude but through a frosted pod with a clear curtain.

The hotel staff was wonderful. My only suprise was the size of the room. Only word tiny! I have heard this is the European standard and it was clean. Love using the IPad to run the room. If you don't mind tiny, i would definitely give it a 5 star.

Very cool place to stay very close to the Victoria underground station, which got us everywhere and directly across the street from the theater that was presenting Wicked, a very enjoyable musical. The breakfast was amazing.
