Don't really know that much. It was comfortable. We were extremely tired. We arrived at a little after 3 and did not wake until 8 the next morning. Woke up, showered and left. The water pressure was awful

The staff was great!! The room was moist and had mildew in the bathroom. The hinges on the bathroom door were completely rusted over. So much moisture in the room our clothes felt damp the next morning. Breakfast was a waste of time. The bagels were stale and when I opened the cream cheese it was totally dried out. Will not stay again.

Just a room in the country! Nothing extra!

Best Western in Pine Bluff is just what it is a room. The security door next to my room was always unlocked. Anyone could walk in. Also there was a roach in the bathroom. One of the bed rails was broken. During a college homecoming weekend they always triple the price of the rooms. Won’t stay here again!

Great breakfast included biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, and potatoes, in addition to the normal things most gotels have. Great service. Quiet, goood parking.

The room was clean, it was so cold in there had to turn ac off. The bed was hard! We will stay there again. The lady overnight was really nice, she did a good job
