This is a very convenient, quiet hotel. Courteous front desk staff. Everything was excellent. Hot breakfast option (some of the breakfast items were out and didn’t get replaced while we were there. So perhaps faster service in the dining area would be the opportunity for this hotel to work on).

I wasn’t able to stay here as when I went to book in I was given a room that someone else was already in. I later found out this person should have checked out that morning and had not returned but had a lot of luggage. It was 8PM we were tired and they wanted us to wait while they tried to find another room to clean to move the person’s stuff to and put us in their room. This made no sense to me, I would have just brought it to the front desk if I worked there. I felt bad for the guy at the front desk because it appeared he had no one else working to clean rooms and multiple others were at the desk complaining. Regardless I asked for a refund and wanted to go somewhere we could just get a room and sleep in but Expedia charged me anyway after the hotel cancelled my reservation.
