The hotel is in the process of being renovated. Our room was clean and comfortable. The two issues we had were discussed with the front desk when we checked out. It wasn’t an issue for us but we wanted to make them aware as the next guests staying in that room may have cared. If we are ever back in PA to go to Hershey Park. We would definitely consider this hotel again.

This is was one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The first thing I noticed was the huge cloud of cigarette smoke surrounding the front door. Countless people sat around a picnic table chain smoking all hours of the day. There was no way to get into or out of the property without being assaulted by 2nd hand smoke. The next thing upon walking inside was the nauseating stench throughout the entire hotel. It reeked of curry, mildew, and BO. Our room also reeked of curry and smelled musty. It was hard to sleep because of the nasty, overpowering odor. The breakfast options were very limited/paltry to say the least. The room, especially the carpet was filthy. The bathroom and shower had multiple strands of long, black hair over it despite being “cleaned”. Nobody in our family has black hair. The walls and carpet were covered in mystery stains. The towels and sheets reeked of BO and curry, and also had mystery stains. We felt extremely unsafe because the front desk guy who seemed to work 24 hours a day leered at all the young girls staying there. Plus random people who appeared to be vagrants or homeless wandered around the parking lot, several times creepy men were found sitting in their trucks in the empty adjoining lot and staring into the windows. Also the EV charging wasn’t free. When my kids were swimming in the nasty pool twice a random, fully clothed indian person came and stood staring at them, then hurried off. We couldn’t wait to checkout and leave.

Place was run down and old. Nothing like the other comfort inns near by. Got room service 1 time out of 5 nights. Seems like alot of people are living there. The security latch on the door was taken off. The ac/heat units dont stay on when u want them to. Breakfast is suppose to be seved at 6 and was not ready once. So lots of improvement to be made. Will not be staying here ever again.

No hot or cold water just warm with no pressure. Would not restock food in am until someone asked. Staff ate food before customer got food. Please very run down. Room door didn't fit in frame and heard everything in hall and smelled.

This was a perfectly serviceable hotel room. It is older and shows it age, but the bed was comfortable and everything worked as it was supposed to. It was convenient to the interstate and a good price.

Gross. The worst comfort inn I've ever stayed at. Toilet ran all night. AC sounded like a chopped V8 but then would switch to dying cicadas. Carpet was torn. Shower was stained. Floor felt wet so we all left our shoes on. Bathroom so gross none of us showered. One look at the pool was all it took to say no thanks.

Bad experience
The room was not cleaned well. We found a bag of doughnuts from a previous guest in the refrigerator. There were pieces of cellophane packaging on the floor. The window faced the parking lot where there was a pile of trash. The toilet stopped up. The desk clerk gave me a plunger to clear the clog. The plunger was in a plastic bag but when I removed the plunger, there was water from a previous use. Our room was at the end of the hall and the hall floor was dirty. We were very disappointed and on the way home from our trip will definitely not stay in a Comfort Inn.
