Beautiful Lake Pinehurst property only 1-2 miles from the clubhouse at Pinehurst Resort, the "Cradle" par 3, & the Pinehurst Spa. The community of Southern Pines is only a few miles away which offers additional fine dining & shopping.

THE SPACE:

As you walk into the space, you will be greeted by views of the beautiful Lake Pinehurst from the glass doors off the living room leading to the outdoor patio. The living space is a light and open concept with a comfortable sectional and smart tv for relaxing. The kitchen space is clean, new, and has all the amenities you would need for cooking a great meal. There is also complimentary keurig coffee and snacks. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, smart tv, an office/vanity area, full bathroom, and large closets for storing your belongings. The guest bedroom features 2 full sized beds and a closet. Next door to this bedroom is it's full bathroom. All bathrooms feature granite countertops and complimentary shampoo and body wash along with fresh towels. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your use. We hope you enjoy your stay!

GUEST ACCESS:

You have access to the entire 114 condo. Parking is free out front of the condo as you can see in the pictures. You do not need a parking pass.

Great place to stay in Pinehurst. Convenient location and just a few minutes to town. The condo was clean and included amenities such as a Keurig and creamer, snacks, make-up wipes and other little things that made the stay pleasant. The condo was comfortable, including the bed and pillows. Great long views of the lake, making it a relaxing place to stay. Overall we very much enjoyed our visit.

This beautiful unit was so well outfitted that we hated to leave. Everything you need for a relaxing comfortable stay. Harrison very quickly responded to a question I had to great satisfaction. We will miss quiet morning coffees on the deck looking over the lake! Highly recommend!

The condo was easy to find, close to everything, and peaceful. Nice water views. Very clean place. Rent this if you get the chance, it is very nice!! We were close enough to Pinehurst to enjoy the facilities, but 10 minutes away to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Relaxing Lakefront in the Heart of Pinehurst
The property was just as the pictures suggested. The space was comfortable and functional with a beautiful view of the lake while only being a few minutes from the heart of Pinehurst. The kitchen was useable but if you are planning to use more than the coffee maker, you will find the appliances, cookware and utensils to be underwhelming. (and its lacking a toaster) With a few upgrades, this would be an amazing property.

A picture is worth 1000 words
I have traveled to many properties in the southeast that are a bit older as this property. The key is how well have they been kept up and updated and are the pictures accurate. This property came through with all five's on both accounts. This Pinehurst Lake property was a great trip for our family of four. It was nicely furnished, VERY clean, had an amazing view, and had all of the little extras that make a nice vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed to make a nice meal. We cooked dinner the first night and picked up takeout on the second night. The deck has a beautiful view of Pinehurst Lake. We will definitely be back again.
