Ridiculous shower handles! We thought the shower water was off? Come to find you had to pull out the handle first? Like really really hard? The front desk said it was their number one complaint. They should advise people on how to turn on the shower! Will never go back!

Ponderosa Pine Comfortable Stay
Very friendly reception by Charity the desk clerk when we checked in. Breakfast food was very generous and eating area was neat and clean. We stayed in a handicap accessible room which had easy access and safety features.

I have stayed at this location for over 15 years i think. This hotel is beautifully maintained and very dog friendly. Each employee is kind and sweet. They serve a good breakfast in the morning. The only complaint I have is with my fellow dog owners. They should take their dogs to the areas away from the rooms. I was upstairs and the dog owners next to me let their dogs pee on the column. Not only could this have dripped on to people below but kept us from opening our windows to let fresh air in. The dog urine was so strong. Not the hotels fault at all.
