Difficult to check in
It is difficult to check into these apartments. Luckily pizza restaurant contacted staff and let me check in when I arrived in Piran rather than waiting until afternoon. Beware of inexperienced staff insisting on charging you for room even though you already paid hotels.com.

Perfect location.
Apartments right beside beach. Piran is fantastic for visits and you can cover whole town in 2 days. The only thing we didn't like was the park and ride - it should be in the promotional material for the complex. It pays to do some checking as Piran is very small and for sure the cars are limited in the town, However the owner was very understanding and helped out with everything we asked about. Everything you could hope for in a host. Nothing to fault with the location or the building.

Nice apartment in a great location.
Loved it. Enjoyed Piran and this is a great place to stay to enjoy it. The bar in the square adjacent to it is great with live music. if your going here and want to be asleep by 10pm I'd recommend requesting a room on the other side. (It's not excessively noisy but it will be quieter that side). Parking is at the garage as you come into town. You can enter the town to drop your luggage off and you get a voucher to exit. parking can be paid for at the hotel at a discounted rate. We would stay here again.

In general, the hotel is fine and has great location, spacious room and full equipped kitchen. However, there's no elevator and the reception is on the 3rd floor! So if you have big luggage, wait antil the check in is done. We were on the 4th so it wasn't pleasant. Again, great room and awesome location right next to the city square.

View to die for
We stayed in January so the town was very quiet but the facilities and room was fantastic. The owner was very helpful and we would probably stay again. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Very convenient and close to everything in Piran
The hotel is very central in Piran and the apartment was quite well-appointed. We enjoyed the spaciousness and having the kitchen. The proprietor was very pleasant and accommodating. A couple tips: (1) if you park in the main lot on the outskirts of town, you can trade in your ticket for half-price parking at reception, and (2) the coffee machine puts out an excellent product.

Hotel with Seaview.
Very pleasant surrounding. We had a big room on 2nd floor facing the harbour. Very spacious living room. Bedroom is not big but comfortable. Hotel manager was accommodating and helped with restaurant reservation. Above all the room rate was absolutely reasonable.
