I recently stayed at Pismo Lighthouse Suites and had a great experience. The rooms were very spacious and nicely furnished—plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, which made it all the more comfortable. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Nice Relaxing Stay at an Incredible Value

This place has everything great location with beach access, friendly staff, extra benefits like cookies, hot chocolate and a hot tub. Also the breakfast was very organized, clean and tasty. All at a great price! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Way too loud. This is definitely geared towards families with children. We were next to the pool and hot tub and listened to kids screaming all day long and until the pool closed at 10 p.m. The hotel itself is not sound-proofed and we ended up having to move from a second floor room to a third floor room because we could hear everything from upstairs. Will say the girls at the front desk were amazing and super apologetic. Unfortunately, we will not stay again as we don't have little kids anymore.

Room was clean and very spacious. Property is very family friendly. Average hotel breakfast fare. Access to the beach was a small walk away, past various other oceanfront hotels. Just be aware there are a lot of stairs to get down to and back up from the beach so if that is an issue, keep that in mind. My family and I look forward to our next visit!

Worth every penny

Pismo Lighthouse Suites is amazing. I was skeptical at first having never been here AND not having been to Pismo Beach in roughly 30 years. Check in was easy and early since our room was ready to go. There were 2 full bathrooms in the suite which is a game changer! There is plenty of cupboard space available and the mini fridge held lots of our water, soda and snacks. The view off the balcony was amazing. There is a walking path that takes you down to the beach which is convenient. The game area off reception was a great hang out spot. We enjoyed ping pong, chess, checkers, badminton and just watching the littles in the play area. Lots of seating available. Breakfast was filling and delicious. The staff were remarkable and really topped off the experience. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

I didn’t particularly care for our specific room which was and oceanview (which was incredible) but directly adjacent to the beach access path(which was not stated in the Expedia listing when we booked - or at least I didn’r see it). This resulted in a bit more noise than I was expecting. Also, the occupants in the room above us had small kids who liked to run around and jump off of the furniture morning, noon, and night. Every time the ran or jumped, it sounded like a herd of elephants on our ceiling. We only stayed for one night, but I mentioned this to hotel staff on checkout, and they said we should contact the front desk and they will be happy to address the noise. Overall, this is a nice place to stay (I enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine which was included with our Expedia Silver status).

Don’t plan to stay here if you want to get any sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every little sound from the room upstairs. One of the worst nights of sleep I have had in a long time. The room set up was nice having 2 rooms and the location was nice. The play deck was also very cute.
