The staff, particularly Sahar, was very kind and accomodating. He made sure that we knew the hours breakfast starts, and gave us a list of places to eat. The suites was very nice and relaxing. The place was quiet and family friendly

Very expensive but very kid friendly. Clean and ample parking. Short walk to get down to the beach. But a lot of stairs coming back up. I enjoyed the stairs. About a 15-20 min walk to the pier which was better then trying to find parking around the area.

Great stay a few minor issues came up but the front office handled it fairly quickly. Love that it’s so dog friendly! Definitely coming back with our fur babies.

This hotel is probably our favorite. It is very comfortable and just a nice hotel. We stay here often and have always appreciated how kind the staff is and how nice everything is kept up. I do have a special “thank you” this time as when we were packing up I accidentally left an item behind. We called about it on our trip home and they called me back saying they had found it. They then sent it to me. I am grateful to know how they really care about their guests in all ways. 😊

Dirty beach. Far walk to beach. Very loud courtyard - I felt like we booked ourselves over a playground with screaming kids. Cloudy the entire time. The town & shops were shady.

The view from our room was incredible. Like others have said though the walls may as well be made out of paper, I found it noisy in the bedroom at night. I could hear every footstep in the room above and their toilet flushing sounded like it was in the room with me. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. We were only there for one night so I wasn’t particularly worried. I wouldn’t return for anything more than a one night stopover. Breakfast was nice and plentiful and the amenities were great for the kids.
