Flat in villa with pool and lake view

Flat on the second floor of a three-storey semi-detached villa with a total of three flats. The owner lives in one of the flats.
The entrances are independent and the outdoor spaces are hidden from view of the others.
It is rather secluded, on a slope overlooking Lake Iseo and the village of Pisogne, both 2 km away. From the garden, where there is a communal 50-square-metre swimming pool, there is a splendid view of the village, the lake and the surrounding mountains. In the garden there is also a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining.
Due to the location on a slope, the flat is reached by ascending one floor via an external stone staircase. Parking in the grounds of the property. The place is reached by driving 400 metres up a straight, steep but asphalted road.
The flat consists of a living/dining room with kitchenette, from which there is access to a large furnished balcony with a beautiful view of the lake; 1 bedroom with a double bed; 1 small bedroom with a bunk bed and a folding bed. Bathroom with shower.

Equipped with heating and air conditioning, balcony, shared garden, parking space and barbecue.

Only 1.5 km away you will find a restaurant and a supermarket.

Animals are always welcome! Please inform us of their possible presence before arrival.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Lage
