We loved this place! The host was so nice and helpful and gave us great tips for along our trip. Our room was beautiful and very large. It felt so cozy and like our own little retreat. We enjoyed hanging out in the sitting room at night with a drink. Breakfast in the sunroom was great each morning! We were able to walk to all shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this place, so charming!

A very enjoyable stay
We stayed two nights in Craigroyston House and enjoyed our time there. There was a warm welcome from Greg, including advice about the best places to eat in Pitlochry. Our Classic room was very comfortable and looked out on to a garden. Plenty of choice at breakfast, freshly cooked by Susan, and was really nice. The house is a couple of minutes from the town centre, and there are several things to do in and around Pitlochry. Greg and Susan were wonderful hosts. We recommend this hotel and would stay again

Greg was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the original directions and booking follow up emails to the exquisite breakfast. Everything was more than we dreamed. The town of Pitlochry is like a postcard from a fairy tale. You step back I. Time when visiting here and everything about the food and service from everyone in this town was top notch. I am not a professional climber but we also tackled the four hour hike to the top of Ben Vrackie and though it wasn’t easy it was well worth the view from the top If I had one more day to live and had to spend it in Scotland it would definitely be in Pitlochry and I would definitely stay at the Craigroyston House again. Perfect score

Elegance and Comfort
Our hosts, Greg and Susan, lend a friendly dignity to this stately, we’ll-appointed manor. Breakfast was a delicious, elegantly presented option of fruit parfait and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or a full Scottish breakfast. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable. A 2-minute stroll through the tiered garden took us to the downtown street which offered several wonderful restaurants. We highly enjoyed our stay.

We were so close to town. Out the front door and then a five minute walk to all the shopping and restaurants. We ate at Fern’s Cottage. What a delight. The host of the property was so helpful when we checked in. The breakfast was very good and cooked to perfection. I wish we could have stayed another night.

This property is a lovely home converted for lodging and located directly behind the major street in Pitlochry. The host, David, is friendly and helpful and a great asset to your stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The property is directly behind Heathergems and close to many quaint shops and cafes as well as the nearby Salmon Ladder hike. Definitely recommend!

A good place to stay at a reasonable cost.
Friendly staff. Ours was an overnight stay. Centrally located in the town. Easy parking. Close to the A9 in a residential area. The house was clean and tidy. The room was comfortable with ensuite shower etc. The breakfast was very good. The town was clearly popular with tourists with a scattering of typical Scottish shops and food outlets. A happy stay for us.

Cozy, comfy & beautiful
Craig & his wife were lovely, welcoming hosts. The Inn is a beautiful, cozy location just up the hill from the Main Street. The rooms were provisioned with supplies for tea & biscuits in our room, again so cozy. Highly recommend! Wish we would’ve stayed longer.
