The service and attitude of the staff was way below standard, definitely would not recommend staying here, charged an extra £100 for our dog supposedly damaging the room which was taken from our bank account without any notice, altogether a very bad weekend break..

Lovely view over the loch. Hired electric bikes and cycled around the loch, only negative is that the food is not very imaginative if you are staying for 3 nights. Vegetarian options limited.

In a very remote area but absolutely lovely place to stay. Food at the hotel was nice with reasonable choice and prices, obvious a bit more expensive than some places but to be fair it is worth it for the location. Very friendly staff and lovely lounge area with open fires

Perfect stay, staff were great and went above and beyond. Only issue I had was with lack of Vegetarian options in restaurants- I had to make a special on the third evening to have a takeaway pizza in the reception room as I had risotto both evenings before. Brilliant stay.
We loved the hotel. We got a warm welcome and the staff members were so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff always said hello to us all. The staff made the holiday. We loved the cosy lounge and all the board games. The pool table was great too. The pool/spa was slightly tired, but everything was clean. The room was spacious and really well decorated. The view of the loch was incredible.

The hotel room was lovely with stunning views and the staff were very friendly. The spa facilities, however, were definitely not of 4 stars. Only one shower in the female changing rooms that was old and covered in mould.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. There are pleasant walks near the hotel. It feels a bit remote and dining and entertainment options are limited. That is not a complaint-just saying the board games at the hotel get a fair bit of use. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing location by the side of the loch with great views. Quiet and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Rooms are maintained to a high standard and hotel has everything you would need. Would loved to have spent a number of nights here to take in the location and atmosphere even more.
