Staff were friendly. Lovely setting and hotel public areas clean and look very comfortable. Unfortunately too cold to relax in any of them. Ate our first night food was piping hot . Macaroni was creamy but not enough cheese. Breakfast was good . Sauna wasn’t working properly had saw that on a previous review and it is still the same. Pool was fine. Room was fine and have to say definitely good value. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay again simply because of the cold . Visited a few other hotels in the area all of which had a warm comfortable atmosphere.what is needed for a relaxing break.

Lovely view from our room Challenging walk for elderly with case from bus stop to hotel. Taxis seem scarce. Overall, a very pleasant two night stay.

Good value for money option
Nice hotel although needing a bit of investment. Staff very pleasant and we enjoyed our meals in the hotel. Bar menu as well as a la carte. Nice pool and jacuzzi, steam room and small gym. Shower pressure in leisure club very poor but otherwise everything good for a short stay. Hotel has a picturesque location overlooking the town. Short walk into town although there is quite a hill.

Our 3rd stay here. It is convenient, comfortable and staff very friendly. Little blip this time though as bedside lights weren't fixed when we reported it and not during our stay. Bed was great but could be comfier with a matress topper perhaps? Just suggestions really and it wont deter us from staying there again.

Decent place to stay if you are in Pitlochry
Nice place. 5-10 minute walk down to the town. Lounges was a bit dusty with cobwebs, but reception, rooms and breakfast area were great. Breakfast and service were great too. There is ample parking.

The rooms were delapatated needs updated all floorboards creaked when you walked toilet seat unsafe we were in room 228 when walking past every other room looked nice apart from ours and it was our golden wedding anniversary that’s why we went there the staff and food was first class just the room was not up to standard very disappointing room

Lovely pool area. Room was spacious and clean. We had dinner option of a set menu...limited options but very nice food. I have already booked to go back in February.

A nice weekend.
The hotel is old and needs a make over. Our room and bathroom were very clean, but we were there for 3 nights and towels and toilet rolls were never replaced. We had to get them ourselves. The pool and changing rooms are not sufficient for the size of hotel.

Daughters birthday weekend
We booked to stay to meet family for my daughters birthday, outside of the hotel is in great condition and looks a lovely old building, inside is a bit tired but did not take away from how great the staff and service were, we had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the entertainment in the lounge, can’t praise the place enough and was lovely to meet lots of four legged guests too as the hotel is dog friendly, will definitely stay again
