Checkin and out was simple. It was a huge bummer that the pool was closed for us. The key card though functioned for the door the cover on it was broken. Overall cleanliness was good just cracks of shower could have been better. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast nothing that stood out but it was clean and decently stocked. Overall would stay here again.

Maybe it was due to homecoming weekend
Shower drain was clogged. I asked them several times to assist. Never happened. Tne first time the front desk attendant actually said they would look to find a snake so i could clear it. Floor wasn't completely cleaned any of the 3 days i was there. Found used dirty damp rag in their odd towel shelves. 1st floor is extremely noisy, don't recommend those rooms

So-so for the price
The hotel is nice enough in the lobby but my room had multiple issues—the bathroom faucet was broken so no hot water in the sink, rust stains in the bathtub and sink, the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, WiFi went out so the TV didn’t work. Staff was friendly.

Facility and property is in very good condition, looks like this hotel is fairly new. Staff is very friendly and courteous. I only gave it 2 stars because after first night, noticed that there was blood stains on the comforter. 2nd night, our grandson came and stayed with us sleeping on the pull-out bed. After one night, noticed that the sheet he was using also had blood stains.

Overall, the property is very nice. Our room had apparently just had the carpet shampooed, leaving the floor wet and an overpowering smell of chemicals in the room. We didn't get in until very late, so we just brought in our air filtration unit (family has allergies) and that made it bearable.
