Very clean and comfortable. It was refreshing. It had an inviting space and had lots of good places to shop and eat at all around. The pool and hot tub were fantastic as well.

Rooms werent ready at check in, had to wait about an hour. The room was ok, however the bathroom floor was disgusting. The tiles on the floor were all loose and made the floor slippery after a shower.

My friends and I stayed here for a concert that was held at the Hollywood Casino. We stopped at the bar/restaurant before heading to the show. Our stay also aligned with the global IT outage, which impacted the hotel. I cannot say enough good things about how well the staff adapted and adjusted to the problem. Our server, Tammy, was super friendly and just an overall pleasant person to talk to. She works as the bartender, server, and shuttle driver, and did it all without breaking a sweat! I will recommend this hotel to everyone, and plan to come back.

The check in was quick, there was a $40.00 fee charged when we checked in and was to be refunded when we left. I didn't see that happen. We were not informed there was a daily parking fee when I made the reservation. Also, the room could have used a very good vacuuming. One of the chairs that is to be converted to a sleeper had a bag of popcorn spilled through and under the pillow. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.
