Best hotel in city. Great rooftop view. Great, helpful staff. Room small but has everything. AC worked great. Cleanest room ever. Great location ten minute walk to arena. Wonderful ambiance. Coffee house. Just stay here!

Our room was 74 degrees when we arrived on 8/20. When we woke up on 8/21 the room was 75 degrees. Sleeping was difficult. We checked out at 6am The clerk working the desk at this time was a few sandwiches short of a lic ic to saynthe least. Disappointed with climate conteol. Feel ripped off Joe and Betsy Tyson room 604

Couldn’t cancel even thou I paid for cancel fee due yto my husbands mother passing so they held up funeral Tim Monday the 19. Terrible service told me to handle it by calling hotel to cancel u had to cancel whole reservation we could go only one day. To do that it was almost as E price over $500 so we went due to your inconvirnce during a Terrble d as oration of a mother dying! Never again Expedia or hotel Hilton!!!

I love this hotel! This is the only hotel we stay at in Pittsburgh when we stay, this time we accidentally got a room that got someone that already had someone in it. That was very unpleasant. But I still love this place! See you in 2 weeks for soul food fest!

Good and cozy hotel in PGH
The joinery was a great hotel to stay at in Pittsburgh. One of the things I liked about the hotel was it’s position relative to the other places in downtown. It also wasn’t too far from market Square, coffee, restaurants, and other amenities in Pittsburgh.
