Pros: Good location, reasonable rates Cons: Shower had mold in it, and towels weren't clean. A/C was not blowing cold air, technician was sent and replaced the filter, did some fake work to make it seem like he was trying to fix it, and it did absolutely nothing. Rooftop bar had some weird private party and they tried to charge us to enter it. Looked nothing like the photos. I left my keys in the room and the manager refused to charge my card and send it back themselves, like every other hotel does. He insisted I create my own shipping label and email it to the hotel. After the previous three incidents, I did not trust the hotel to send the keys back in any decent amount of time, and drove back three hours from Buffalo to get them. I would not stay here again.

Overall the hotel was a little disappointing in the sense that it was lacking in some areas. We stayed for 3 nights and had to valet car tor $41/night which is so expensive for Pittsburgh. The room was poorly lit, no chair to sit on or place your belongs on, one set of towels, no toiletries, one roll of toilet paper and the fridge was not clean on arrival. It was convenient in that it was in downtown and close to everything but would not stay here again.

The person helping us check in soured our experience. She was very nice and helpful in the beginning but when I had to go get my ID after leaving it in the car, it turned. Our car was already in valet parking so my husband had to run over. Once he got back, there was no thank you for staying or is there anything else we can help you with. We even moved out of the way so the front desk could help the person behind us.

We were very disappointed that hotels.com mentioned parking was available and when we got there, it was valet only. This was not budgeted and was very expensive. We would not have chose this hotel had we known this.

Good value for urban hotel
This hotel was in a great urban setting. Just down the street from Point Park University and an easy walk to the restaurants at Market Square. The decor and design of the lobby and rooms were stylish, it had a cool little roof deck, and the breakfast food was good. The room was small but fine. I would stay here again.

The room was clean when we arrived but we had to ask for it to be cleaned the second day. They made the bed and brought two clean towels. They left the trash and did not vacuum. The elevators and hallway on our floor smelled like Weed. All the time. The parking valets were great! They offered dining and sightseeing suggestions and were very friendly and helpful. The receptionists were both very nice.

I liked the room and the property was clean and maintained, all staff were exceptional. Negatives would be the room had a window but the view was a brick wall, the roof top bar was never staffed but the view was good.
