In many ways it was an ordinary hotel. But the staff made me feel like I was at a 5 star resort. We were tired, I had a headache and the gentlemen behind the counter went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcome.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant, attentive, and knowlegable. Not so good-No coffee pot or plastic filter in machine. The smell of the room could have been fresher.
