The older bald man at the counter is rude and lazy. I also reported that the couple next to our room were fighting all night and banging on walls and yelling. Was not able to sleep all night, felt unsafe, called the desk and they told me that someone would go and check on it. No one ever did, I was also told that I would get a small credit on my room, never saw that credit. For this hotel to be a Hilton I expected a better stay. I have always stayed at more affordable hotels with better service. This is the first time that I stayed at a Hilton . Will never stay in one again . Sadly yo say that one person ruins it for all. You should not have someone working there is that unhappy to be there. The bartenders at the bar were also rude and didn’t look happy to be there.

Decent stay, but hotel is little older and was a lot farther away from the stadium than what was indicated or what I thought it would be. It showed a couple of miles, but was definitely 20 minute uber ride to the stadium. Not sure if I would stay only due to distance, but otherwise hotel served as a good hotel for a stay.

The staff was kind, and our King bed was extremely comfortable. Our only recommendation would be to update the shower (our preference are shower doors vs. a curtain, and ours seemed a bit outdated). Great location in the heart of U of Pitt.

The front desk clerks were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I added breakfast to my room and it was hot and delicious and included a fruit bar, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and sausage and bacon, a toaster, muffins and sausage gravy.

I love the valet parking was right there that was only $30 and I didn’t have to worry about parking on the side of the road my rental vehicle. The hotel staff was amazing. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holiday season.

Great location for UPitt events
Great location for our concert at the UPitt Petersen Event Center. Cars have to use valet parking due to being in the the city- but the valets were great. Just beware of that extra cost.
