Went back to Pleasant Hills for my high school reunion. The Holiday Inn Express was not crowded and room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. The only complaint I had was the in-room coffee-maker did not work. To be fair, I didn’t report it, as I was able to go out for breakfast both days.

Holiday Inn Express is generally very reliable and this one was no exception, the neighborhood was kinda blah and hard to get to but the people working there more than made up for that, would stay again

This was a very quiet place to stay and certainly felt safe. The property was clean as was the room. The staff was friendly and courteous. Dining options were limited. The free breakfast was edible, but not outstanding in any fashion. All in all I enjoyed the stay and would stay there again if in the area.
