BEWARE OF PARKING CHARGES
BEWARE OF PARKING CHARGES!!! Everything was great except the surprise parking charges and parking taxes on top of the parking charges. definitely made the price not worth it. Will never be staying again because of this. We will be staying at our normal location from now on.

Stay was okay nothing standout about the experience from check into the the room or amenities offered. Would recommend better awareness of coffee temperature…..as coffee was so hot it melted the glue on the seam of the cup as well as the plastic inside the cup making causing it to spill and leak. Could very easily cause a burn to someone.

I was happy with the hotel, nice and clean, solid breakfast, staff was nice, location was good. It would've been nice if breakfast was a little different the next day( meats), the parking wasnt the best, but the lot next door was nice to use.

We had a problem with that faucet in the bathroom area. It was very noisy. I told the staff about it and they did nothing. The pillows were extremely flat. There was almost no cushion in them. There’s a peloton in the room, but our room didn’t even receive complementary bottles of water with requesting them that doesn’t make sense to you. The water pressure in the shower was very very weak and the glass door in the shower isn’t long enough to keep water from hitting the floor when you take a shower. The staff is nice enough. With the exception of the person that I asked for water she just was a bit rude. This is the worst Homewood Suites I have ever stayed in. It was very disappointing.

Decent place to stay
Room was clean and a great suite-style room with a door separating the sitting/ kitchen areas from the bed/bath. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only quibble was a very slight mustiness in the bathroom (maybe a new curtain for the shower is called for), but it didn't diminish the stay. Comfortable mattress and pillows.

The hotel lobby was nice, and staff was friendly but the room was outdated and a little run down. The bathroom smelled moldy and the token seat lid was torn off the toilet seat.
