Because of the huricane, I could not travel to Pittsburgh. I tried to cancel the reservation on Travelocity, and the auto message came up that I would not receive a refund because the hotel would not allow. I called the hotel directly and they said that they would refund me because of a natural disaster reason, but travelocity needs to contact them for this refund. I can't find any phone number to call travelocity. Please refund me for this room that I could not use.

Was forced to give a 15.00 deposit before getting the room. This was not noted by expedia or the hotel’s website. No microwave in the room. No coffee available. You must make it in your room. No channel guide for tv. No menu guide tv channel. Will not be staying at a Hyatt again.

The staff was nice and the place was ok. Breakfast was horrible and the place was very dirty. For over $400 spent for 2 nights was not worth it. They can do better and clean a little more. It needs help.

My original room door was already open when I entered it. The room key didn't work. I went back to the front and explained what happened and they switched me to another room. Also, the complimentary breakfast didn't look very good.

Overall it was great. Only reason for 4 stars is the breakfast. Things ran out and weren’t replaced quickly on the three mornings that we were there.

What an amazing time. Staff was so accommodating. Nalica was amazing and treated my children so well. We will surely be back. Very clean and enjoyed the dairy free option of oat milk for my little one with an intolerant belly!

I requested that the property change my reservation by ONE day, and it was denied. Unfortunately for me the reservation was nonrefundable when I made that request. Expedia also requested the change but they denied us both. As a result, I will never stay at another Hyatt again.
