We were charged extra for breakfast that we never even had. When asked about this charge, they claimed they always charge third party (Expedia) bookings for breakfast despite us never having breakfast.

This hotel was located next to a casino. The walkway to get to the casino was rather long and confusing. It was not well marked. At night we called down to the front desk at about 9 o’clock to ask for extra sheets for the pullout bed. They hadn’t been put in the room but when we called down We were told there was nobody to bring them up. The lady at the front desk was very nice but I think she was the only person working at a hotel with four stories. More help is needed at night. The room was OK but probably a three star to four star room.

The hotel was very clean and bright. The lobby even had a miniature cvs vending machine if you forgot anything. The rooms were spacious. The staff was welcoming!!
