The hotel itself was very clean. The decor and ambience was were lovely. The staff were polite and efficient. Parking was a little difficult however, there is valet service though it is limited to certain hours.

This hotel definitely earned this 5 star review! We checked in and every amenity was explained to us in great detail. We arrived in our room, and it was beautiful! We were stunned at how clean, bright, welcoming, and comfortable the room was. Every detail was thought out, and we were thoroughly impressed. And the bed.... We love firm beds and we have NEVER slept in a more comfortable, FIRM bed. We were disappointed that we only had the opportunity to stay in this property for a night because we had other stops on our journey, but we will definitely be staying here in Pittsburgh again, and would recommend this hotel to anyone! Family friendly, clean, close to everything you could want in downtown Pittsburgh, and the charm was second to none!
