Convenient for flying from Pittsburgh airport. In desperate need of an upgrade, bathroom showed signs of rust and water damage. No door to the vanity area for the bathroom. Biggest issue was the extended parking fee. On line and their national reservation center told me parking was 40$ for 10 days and would probably let me slide for the three additional days. I called 2 days prior to check in and was told I could arrange extended parking at check in. When I arrived a sign stated extended parking increased to 60$ for 10 day and I was charged an additional 70$ for 3 days, a total of 130$ for what I was expecting 40$

Cheking in was good the gentleman at the front desk gave me advice on where to get food. But when i got to my room that was way in the back. No way of recieving wifi due to my room being so far in the back no signal and am an out of town guest, it was nerve reckoning. When I ask to be moved. I was told I cant because I was already placed in the room it was crazy I guess you get what you pay for thankfully it was one night !!

Booked this for 5 people (which the website let us do) and the room only had 2 double beds. One of us had to sleep on the floor. We weren’t offered anything to assist with this, not even extra bedding

The hotel was dated but very clean. It was close to the airport. The breakfast was good but i felt bad the desk clerk also made the breakfast and attended to all the questions from guests. It was nice that breakfast was at 4AM but it was not out until about 4:20AM (due to one person preparing it along with his other duties). The shuttle was late and the 4AM people who had not signed up got on which delayed the shuttle from picking up other hotel passengers. this then delayed our 4:30 shuttle until 5AM. Some of the passengers were anxious since their flights were scheduled for 6:15AM or around that time. Could be more organized.
