I searched online for a place close to the airport. Your info stated there was a restaurant—one reason I chose this place. No where did it say the restaurant is closed on Sundays, and we checked in on Sunday! We were exhausted from traveling and hungry. Shuttle service was included; a good perk. Only to be told by the driver that he just drops people off at the very first entrance—which was very far from our airlines. We are in our seventies, I use a cane, and it was very hard for me to walk all that way. Thankfully, a worker from a different airlines took me i. Their wheelchair to where we needed to be.

Outside lock was broken & ONLY found out when I brought it to their attention! The breakfast was inedible. The key to the room had to be replaced 3 times. Our first hotel room had a noxious smell to it. We had to move to another room. We choose this motel based on Expedia’s high ratings that were false. It seems clear to us that no one inspects these properties. We will NEVER trust or use Expedia again. And we will share our horrible experience on social media with family& friends and will encourage others from using Expedia’s service!!

Slept with one eye open and all the lights on
The room carpet had not been vacuumed in a while, wood chips on the floor from corners of furniture, stink bug, paper lantern bug, night stand on top of extension cord, visible wiring, broken electrical plate, 1st floor room with blinds and curtains not wide enough to cover window that faced parking lot, light fixture in bathroom too small for home in ceiling, no bathroom vent, stains all over bed coverlet, lights were actually old lamps with old fashioned turn knobs, with door shut I could see into the hallway because of a gap running down the length of door. Cigarette's burn holes all over sink, wad of hair in bathtub drain, complimentary toiletries had been used by guests before me, did not want to to use mouthwash that someone else’s mouth had been on.

The room was dirty! It wasn’t vacuumed. The white sheets had stains on them. The main comforter had stains on them. There was human hair all over the room/bathroom. Toothpaste on the walls. No fans in bathroom. The stairwell to go to the 2nd floor was very dirty as they do not have an elevator.

There are two sections of this hotel. One is a very nice hotel which is what all the pictures are. Those rooms are limited. The second is a dirty motel that probably used to charge by the hour. Go somewhere else.

Not exactly property but the candy in the vending machine in hallway was so old the chocolate had turned white and chalky and tasteless. We bought 2 different kinds and they were both well past “best by date”. Restock the candy machine, the chips were fine.

The lady at the front desk was nice, but the room was outdated and not very clean. The price was good and the location was good for catching our flight. Breakfast was included but we left early so didn't get to try it, and there was a free shuttle to the airport, so if it hadn't been for our room I would have given it a lot better rating.

This place was awful. Green carpet likely from the 80s. The motel smelled and had dirt on walls and doors. The shower had no hot water and no water pressure. We went and canceled the room and left. Now they are refusing Expedia to approve our refund. They will not even allow cancel of the balance of the days. The front desk person did not know how to process the cancelation. I would not stay here nor recommend it. The third party was unable to refund us because you refused to allow them. They attempted to contact multiple times and the only time they connected you refused to submit a refund well knowing we did not stay. I did attempt to call and was rudely told I called too late in the day. I am now out $387 for a motel I did not stay in.

Staff was polite and very accommodating. They did afford me early check in and late check out (90 minutes). Breakfast was nice. The bed was very high. It was ill fitted on the frame and noisy creaky when you move. The bed coverlette was stained. The bed & linens were clean. The mattress was lumpy. The ceiling had huge patched plaster holes, the sink had several big nasty cigarette burns, the carpet was terribly stained and vacuum not ran well. Towels were clean and plentiful. They provided individual bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. There was ice bucket and cups along with a single cup coffee pot and enough for 2 cups coffee or tea. The lounge and business center are very accommodating as well as the dining area and they do have a coin operated laundry available and well as a small vending area & ice machine. They should advise guest of these amenities. Parking was convenient and plentiful. They do offer shuttle serve to PIT. They are reasonably priced.
