Basic room.
Standard room, carpet are old with stain. The sofa looks old. Linens looks clean and neat. Basic room, toilet door is too big took up a lot of space in the bathroom which you cannot contain more than 1 person. Only 1 set of soap and shampoo to be used.

Everything was fine with my stay. My only issue was that the front desk employees never seemed to be at the front desk. I waited almost 10 minutes for the employee to show up when I arrived to check in.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sufficient. Checkin was not enjoyable. The checkin clerk was talking on her cell phone to someone and barely spoke to me. I didnt appreciate that.

Good property and service. One of the big plus is the checkout time is 12 p.m. it can be extended by contacting front office in the morning. 5 milea from airpoet makes this a good choice if flying out from PIT. Only suggestion would be to dust the horizontal part of the hangers. Accessibility was good and assisted in bringing in older parents. A very comfortable stay overall.

Mediocre at best.
This was our second stay. We opted for a bigger room this time which was def better and the wifi actually worked this time. Only real complaint is that none of the trash cans around the property were emptied, in fact overflowing which was the sight you were greeted with. The first day i thought maybe someone emptied their car trasu. But the second day it was worse. There were also very few snack purchase options and the only bagel option on the breakfest "buffet" a term i use losely, was everything which i can not eat for medical purposes.

Clean, quiet, great for a quick stay before going to the airport. Somewhat outdated property but perfectly fine for what I needed. A/C unit was a little strange, if I increased the temp even up to 70 or 71, it turned on the heat! So I just kept it at 68 and used a blanket.
