Stayed for five days. Service was great, room was super clean, and the bed was super comfy with the down comforters. It was above and beyond for what we paid for!

I tried to call the hotel a couple times before my arrival, and no one answered the phone. Then when I arrived in my room, the air conditioning and heating didn't work. I called a couple times down to the front desk to see if someone could work on it, and no one answered the phone. There was no refrigerator and no microwave. When I finally went downstairs to find an ice machine, there was no ice machine. The lady at the front desk had to go to the bar with my ice bucket and get ice for me. Once I told her about the air conditioning and the heater not working, she said I could switch rooms but she didn't have a room close by for me to switch to. They also offered no price reduction for the fact that there was no heater air conditioning in the room. It just wasn't a very pleasant stay.

Way overpriced for the quality. Do not stay here.
First of all- this hotel is WAY overpriced for the quality and service. They do not have a shuttle so be aware you can do a park and fly but are on your own (with no help or sympathy from the hotel staff) to get to the airport. Our room was dirty and bed linens had black hairs (looked like pet hair) and did not appear to have been changed from the previous guest. When we complained about it, housekeeping came and put new sheets on the bed but made me prove to her that the bed was dirty. The floors were dirty, the bathrooms were very poorly lit with only one mirror with a very dim light around it. Other lights in the room were burned out and I told the front desk but they never fixed it. The phone in our room didn't work either. The curtains were off track and we hardly get them closed. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you because the room they put us in face to the front of the hotel near the highway and all we could hear was traffic noise all night. Very poor customer service and w to begin e were told I would get a receipt when we checked out, And when we were leaving at 4:00 a.m. We asked the front desk person for our receipt and he said, we don't do that, you'll get an email. And walked away. One of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had.

My first room had a broken toilet about 6 inches of water in the shower when I use it none of the plugs were working properly in the TV was very blurry after I was at the airport trying to contact the front desk for a shuttle that they say they provide, but nobody answered the phone for over two hours and I never got the shuttle so when they moved us to the new room the next day it was better but they need a lot of work

The property was in a nice and quiet area. Yet, a still short drive away from anything; restaurants, gas stations, Walmart, etc. Overall, it was a nice stay. However, we stayed there a total of 4 nights and our room was not cleaned nor towels replaced once. We had to go to the fitness center to grab towels and go down the front desk to grab more toilet paper.

Wow, this was the worst. There are signs saying to apologize for the construction. THERE WAS NO CONSTRUCTION! The sink in the bathroom had the hot water turned off under the basin, i turned it on to discover that the tap wouldn't turn off. The mystery for this plumbing hack solved,i was ok with that but this morning i went to shower and the water just fell out of the shower head. This is the most shady, decrepit hotel i ever stayed in. The ice machine was out if order, good it was gross but the one a floor up was just as disgusting but operational. The room had a mechanical door closing mechanism but it was broken. The tile on the bathroom floor had a piece missing/broken, i guess when they laid the tile they cut corners. Windows were dirty, just so many things wrong. Holes in walls in the hall, old furniture. Never ever stay here. Thank you.
