The perfect place to stay on your way to Tahoe or to enjoy all the outdoor activities the area has to offer with your family. Placerville also offers a small town charm with local shops, wineries, farms, Apple Hill orchards, golf courses and tons of local hiking trails and outdoor adventures.

Please note, there are stairs inside and outside the condo.

Nice weekend getaway in Applehill
We spent the weekend in Applehill to visit some apple farms with our 3 yr old son, and were very pleased with our stay here. The condo was nicely decorated, modern updated, very clean and had everything we need. Air conditioning was a plus for warm days. Check in was very easy and convenient. Close to freeway and short drive to apple farms. Would stay here again!

Review
The TV apps were not paid for, could only load free Sling on the second day. I believe for the price per night, cleaning should be included, not additional cleaning fee. Especially when the guest does all the work; strip the beds, load the laundry, wash all dishes, etc. WTF does the housecleaner have to do? Make a bed, clean a shower and toilet, call it good. Your perfumed cleaners and laundry detergent stink. Never again.

Beautiful area
The property was in a beautiful private area that is super close to the freeway. And although the freeway is close, there was no loud noises that could be heard inside the property. The pictures look exactly like the real thing. It was very nice and homey and we had a great stay.

Great stay!
Excellent location, off the beaten path but just a short drive to stores, restaurants, & downtown Placerville. The units are clean, quiet, & very comfortable. Ryker, our site contact was very responsive & helpful. We've stayed here before, and we'll stay here again.

Got the job done
It is a nice updated place but pretty basic. Beds are ok. The kitchen does the job but I am not a cook. The walls are thin. I would stay again if I am in town again for work.

Great Stay
We had a great stay while visiting family in Placerville & Polock Pines. The unit was beautiful, clean, quiet & relaxing. A perfect retreat from the chaos of our Family Gatherings. It was perfect for my wife & I, but 2 couples would be very comfortable. We'll definitely be staying again!
