The stuff was very rude. She gave other customer holiday gift bag but I didn’t received one. The shower head was broken and sink drainer was not work properly. They offered me to fix the shower head in late night. I refused and requested switch room. So I had to switch the room in late night. The switched the shower room fax cover was broken also. The guy asked me if needed to fix. I said no it’s too late I need to sleep. He said if don’t touch won’t fail. Very disappointed services and quality of room.

The hotel was fine, but there were some minor maintenance issues such as lights not working in the bathroom (not all, but some, which made it dim and hard to put makeup on.). Otherwise a good property.

Holiday Inn Plainview Long Island
Everything was great and breakfast at the restaurant was really good. Only thing is that you could hear the people in the adjacent rooms because the walls are thin. It's hard to rest when you can hear people talking.

The heating vent in room was extremely loud, first night got no sleep, second night turned heat off and slept in cold. Informed front desk and was told all rooms were booked and they couldn’t change rooms. Also a mildew scent in room. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Excellent staff, room had no windows, except to the public corridor people walked to their rooms, so blinds remained drawn. AC was noisy, turned it off to get peaceful sleep.

The front staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The “fitness center” had 4 pieces of equipment and two of them did not work. When we asked if we could check out an hour later we were told no in a very rude way.

Poor sound isolation, you can clearly hear people talk from the other room. Lobby has a bar open to 3am. Very noisy. We could not sleep untill the bar was closed. Very bad experience.
