Located on the shores of Pine Lake, our vacation home offers an amazing view of Lake 3 plus beautiful sunrise and sunset views! Indoors, we offer plenty of space for you to spread out while enjoying your vacation with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living areas- one on each level, a large fully-stocked kitchen, two dining areas, along with a beautiful sunroom that offers a beautiful 180 degree view of the lake. On the upper/main level, Bedroom 1 offers a King bed and a private full bathroom with walk in shower, Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed. There is also a 2nd full bathroom on the upper/main level. On the lower/walk out level, Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed and a beautiful lakeside view, Bedroom 4 offers a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and and Twin bed. There is an additional pass-through room between the kitchen and bedroom 2 on the main level that has a futon if you would like an additional sleeping space. There is also a 3rd full bathroom on the lower level with a walk in shower.
Outdoors, we have a shaded patio for dining and lounging, a raised deck, and a balcony off of the sunroom that is a great spot to sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise! There is plenty of yard space for yard games (we provide a set of corn-hole boards for our guests to use) and our home is at lake-level so there are no steep stairs required to enjoy the lake.
We offer a dock if you wish to bring your own boat. We also offer three complimentary kayaks for our guests to enjoy!
BRAND NEW for 2024, we have added a ping pong table! Challenge your guests to a friendly ping pong tournament! We have also added a new kayak launch dock, allowing for easy loading and unloading from our kayaks!
During the winter the lake is popular for snowmobiling (we have room to park a snowmobile trailer), ice fishing, ice skating, or just enjoy a relaxing get-away at our home-away-from-home!
In order to ensure the health, safety, and cleanliness of our home for all our guests, we do not allow pets in our lake home.

Please note, we have a motion-activated security camera that faces the road, driveway, and sidewalk area approaching the house.

Plenty of room for everyone!
We did a winter stay due to family events occurring in January. Because the grandkids are from the south, they never get to experience snow or a frozen lake. It was beautiful views for them to enjoy out of the windows and seeing ice fisherman was a real treat for everyone.There were plenty of beds for everyone and we had no issues with having an infant. The house is a little older but no strange smells or any functional issues and the kitchen was well-stocked. Although we stayed in the winter, this would really be a fun summer house. There’s plenty of space in the yard for activities as well as plenty of space inside if the weather doesn’t cooperate. We really don’t have any complaints.If staying in the winter note that the basement and the bedrooms in the basement are quite a bit chillier than the rest of the house. Also, there is a staircase that goes from the dining room area to the basement that would be risky for littles and there is not a good spot there to put up a baby gate. However, we did manage to put one in the entrance to the kitchen, and that fixed our wandering littles.We would definitely use this home again in the summer!

This lakefront house is very nice and clean. Neighborhood is nice as well. Pros - beautiful lake right in the backyard, sunroom with full lake view, clean, spacious. Cons - limited parking.

Absolutely Perfect for our Family Vacay!
This Pine Lake property set the tone for our magical Multi-Family vacation! The house and property are perfect for two families with multiple kids. All of the on-site amenities, lakefront access and overall picturesque views left us all dreaming about when we can go back!

We absolutely loved the inside and had so much fun! The inside was clean and beautiful but there was an insane amount of spiders all over outside on the house, decks, grill, doors, shed and everywhere...I didn't even feel comfortable going in the shed with how many spiders we saw in the entry and there was a lot inside too.

Family time at the lake
Our 3-generational vacation had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other. The kitchen and house set up was great. Town was 20 min away for eating out. We brought a fishing boat and also kayaked and really liked Pine Lake. Saw a bald eagle. The screened porch was a fave. Would go back.

Lovely Lakehouse
We absolutely loved our time here. The house is very clean and has so much room for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked! There was even a cheese grater for our parm! We cooked all of our meals this trip and it was a breeze in this kitchen. The views of the lake are incredible. Morning coffee on the screened in porch was a highlight every morning. The outdoor space is awesome. We played cornhole by the lake and all the kids had fun taking the kayaks out. Our teenagers really enjoyed taking kayak adventures on the whole lake. The lake wasn't crazy busy so it was nice to be able to swim and kayak. There was plenty of outdoor furniture. When we left our kids were already asking when we can come back here! Thank you!!

Lots of space inside and outside! Superb equipped kitchen. Clean! The area is on the “wet side” - grass doesn’t dry for a long time after rain - nature! The dishwasher didn’t want to work for us - not a problem - we didn’t contact the owner, who would for sure help with it. No reclining outside chair - saying at the request of my husband. Kayaks were fabulous! Nighttime bonfire, grill, the view, quietness…. Thank you!!!

Perfect place to relax
We stayed during our weekend racing Barry Roubaix in Hastings. This was the perfect place to retire to in between long days of riding. Beautiful setting. Open and airy inside and out. Parking multiple cars was a touch challenging but that's more due to our inability to carpool better. :) I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A Relaxing Getaway
It was a short getaway for a few days late December. We brought a little space heater and used it in the 3 season room overlooking the lake in the morning while enjoying our morning coffee. Very comfortable, very relaxing, just what we needed.

Beautiful Lakeside Home - Would stay again
The property and the lake were wonderful! We had a lot of rain while we were there, but all the windows still let us enjoy the view. When the rain finally cleared, we were able to fish off the dock and have a fire in the firepit. There's tons of room for people to sleep, and all of the sleeping areas feel contained, so there's plenty of privacy to be had. The wifi was a little touch-and-go during the bad weather, but was otherwise reliable, and the pipes are a bit noisy, but it didn't inconvenience us in any way. Beautiful views. Well kept house. It was great!

The property was a great stay for me and my friends. The location was great and was close to a nice golf course. It was also only 30 minutes away from Kalamazoo so that was nice. Host responded quickly to any questions that I had.

Beautiful home on Pine Lake, with a beautiful view. The owner has provided everything we could possibly require. It is easy to communicate with the owner and reasonably priced. House has a lot to offer. We rented a pontoon enjoyed the lakes, and ate at many local establishments. (Pine Lake Diner, Grove St Cafe, Four Roses Cafe, and Bowens Family Dining.) I would recommend this home.

The owners were very great to work with even when I had to change things around due to confusion of people coming. This property is a home and feels that way when you are there. The house was perfect for our families! Lots of space to spread out. The house was updated and clean. Steps from the lake, great fishing, and comfy beds. The hot dog place on the lake is a must stop.

Pine Lake Stay
We stayed the better part of a week here. We were happy overall as the place has plenty of room as described. A very 'cottage' feel, and certainly a very nice view of the lake. The place had all the necessities, however there could be a little more attention paid to detail. Only two extra rolls of tp in the house. It was not overly clean... (garbage still in the cans around the house, pee on the toilet seats, crumbs on the kitchen counter etc.) After an hour of cleaning, it felt a lot better. I must say it appears to be a work in progress, and the owners are doing their best with an older home that appears to have been added onto several times in its life. Plenty of outside spaces to hang out and relax...not overly kept up as far as landscaping goes, but again you can see it is being worked on. We enjoyed the firepit, the kayaks, and the other places to lounge. The lake is nice, and not overly busy for late July. If you come to swim, that is best done off of a boat as there really is not a suitable place on the cottage frontage. There are boat rentals on the lake, but it looks like it is limited to pontoons. If you do bring your own boat there is a public launch site. The only problem we had doing this as it relates to the cottage, is the pier by the house is not really sturdy enough to tie a ski/wake board boat to. A small fishing boat or pontoon would probably do ok though. All in all not a bad place to get away to, and Im guessing it will keep getting better in the future
