Clean room. Quiet. Easy access to major highways. However, when checking out, front desk person said he couldn’t give me a copy of the bill because it comes from a third party. I asked if he meant Travelocity. He said, probably.” I still don’t have any paperwork for the room.

Overall a good stay
All around good stay, clean room good breakfast what more can a man ask for. Only gripe is after a long flight, i got to the hotel at 1230. I was told i could not check in until 3 because the system had to process the transactions from the previous day. I had to sleep in my car until 330 before checking.

Really nice rooms and a very nice breakfast provided. I hoped to get new towels put in our room, but it wasn’t tended to each day. We got back late so didn’t want to bother the front desk for new towels. Would have been nice if they had just taken care of it without asking.

It was a great stay. Everything was just perfect. Wish they had a EV charger. There are 6 Hotels beside each other on that strip but none of them had one.

Don't pay extra for handicapped accessible rooms.
I reserved a handicapped accessible room which are usually large enough to get a wheelchair into the main areas of the room, such as the bathroom. Looking at their pictures, there were bars in the bathroom, in the shower and beside the toilet. The toilet was so low to the floor that I had to get help getting up. It was not a handicap height toilet. There were no bars. The tub was tiny and no bars.The photos online showed a chair with an ottoman that I planned to sleep on because hotels don't take the fact that handicapped means you can't jump up onto a bed that sits 45 inches off the floor. There was no comfy chair and ottoman. I got no sleep as I spent the night in my wheelchair trying to sleep. I was charged $50 extra upon check in and told it would be refunded after my stay. Since when do you pay a deposit to stay in a hotel? No I didn't take a pet so the deposit wasn't for a pet. I paid for an accessible room and what I got was a plug in flashing light that went off when someone rang the door bell. Why should I have to pay more for an accessible room if I can't sleep on the bed, use the tub, or get up off the toilet. I am still in pain because of this stay. I cried because the hotel industry and this hotel have no clue that for the most part, mobility handicaps limit the person's ability to get way up on a bed, up from a tiny, low commode or out of a tub with no bars. Roll in showers are so much better and easier. It was miserable.
