Located in Plant City right off of I-4 and with quick access to Plant City, Brandon, Ybor City, Lakeland, and Downtown Tampa. Make a day trip to the Plant City Strawberry Festival (occurs in March), Lakeland Downtown Farmers Market (every Saturday besides the month of August), or even Busch Gardens.

Beds were comfortable, modern kitchen and laundry. Convenient to local attractions and shopping. Very busy street with traffic.

Our stay
The house had everything we needed. There were a few places that seemed to need a little more cleaning. The house is located on an EXTREMELY busy road day and night. The traffic was loud. There’s no paved/gravelplace to park so you have to park on grass in the front yard.

Great stay but
Everything was good but not enough paper products ie toilet paper/papertowels/napkins or garbage bags for a whole week. We would have appreciated these. Had to go to the store twice.

Event stay with family
Property was completely remodeled to a like new condition. Solid surface countertops with new bathrooms. The beds were all new also. Great value for the money. Way better than any local hotels. Will stay again.
