Bathrooms need to be updated freezing cold floor. I understand that the weather is cold but why is it that the floors were like ice? The breakfasts are mediocre, for the money that I paid I don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

Although my reservation had been made several days in advance, arriving at this property I was told that due to repairs and renovations being done they had no room available. I was sent to a rather tired Days Inn about a mile away where the Fairfield had made a reservation for me. I was deeply disappointed with my experience.

Hardly any staff at the property. The breakfast was not attended by anyone. Saw a elderly couple that we're quite frustrated, with no food, ran out out of coffee, no service... woman at the front desk simply stated, no one was working.

Service needs to improve
Everything except breakfast and check in were great. Nobody at check in, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up. All the serving stations were empty, no cutlery/napkins. Attendant brought out bacon for maybe 3 people when 15 people were waiting for food. Coffee was cold. We left and ate at a restaurant.

The stay was good, the only down fall was one morning had a cold shower! And was not compensated for it.
