This 2 bedroom condo located in a modern building on a tree-lined street a few steps from the sandy white Coco beach and the turquoise Caribbean waters in one direction and the trendy 5th Ave on the other side is a great place to spend your vacation in Playa del Carmen.

Our condo...
This condo has 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and another one with 2 full-size beds one of which has an additional pull out single bed underneath. Each bedroom has its own en-suite full bathroom with large marble shower and an abundance of built-in closet and drawer space. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops with a breakfast bar and opens to a nicely decorated living room/dining room combination. There is a large terrace furnished with dining set for 4 people. The unit has air conditioning, ceiling fans, wireless internet, flat screen Smart TV, full size washer and dryer.
*Please note that spa tab on the condo terrace is our of order. There is a large jacuzzi next to the pool on the rooftop with exceptional views of the sea and surrounding area for guests to enjoy.

The building has 2 elevators, underground parking, a gym and a phenomenal large rooftop pool and a jacuzzi, both surrounded by plexiglass allowing for open and full view of the ocean. There is 24 hr. security at the front desk. The building is handicap accessible, with ramps and elevators.

Beautiful condo in a great location
You really cannot beat the location. It is just off of Quinta Avenida, and the quiet end of Quinta Avenida. You can walk to pretty much everything, the beach is a couple blocks away. You can walk about a mile to the ferry to Cozumel. The restaurant a couple doors away is our all time favorite: La Cueva del Chango. They have a website, check it out. Also there is a condo building called the Residencia that is a couple of doors away and has an art gallery on the base floor. They had a phenomenal showing with the theme Anti Nostalgia. The curator is passionate about the gallery and we got a tour that was one of my favorite experiences on this trip. So: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! You really cannot do better. The building is gorgeous. There is a cenote with turtles swimming in the front of the property before you enter and one of the biggest banyan trees I have ever seen complete with vines and bromeliads. There is always someone at the desk, and usually two people. They are kind and helpful if you have questions, and they keep the place safe.

Great Pool with Ocean View!
We were very impressed with the friendly, helpful, front desk and security staff. We called upon them to help us secure regular water delivery to our suite. As well, the public areas of this building are kept immaculate by the cleaning staff. A big kudos to them! The roof top pool area here is lovely and we usually ended up having it to ourselves from about 10 to 2. It was cleaned everyday and was made very welcoming. The 3rd floor apartment itself was just the way we like it. Modern, clean, good quality furnishings and lots of room to put your stuff! The kitchen was one of few that provided high quality pots and pans, and even an electric kettle. We had most everything we needed. The beds were very comfy with lots of closet space and drawers, and yes - hangers! Each room has its own air conditioning control and worked great. On that note, be aware that the electricity costs are very high so cool wisely. As much as we enjoyed our stay here, we should mention that the master bedroom faces 38th. This street is very noisy from music coming from the many restaurants below. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are a must. If we were to have a wish list, it would have included some beach chairs and umbrella to take to the beach. And a preference over the hot tub on the deck would be a barbecue. Everyone is different. The owner Oleg is very gracious and prompt in his communications with us. Thank- you for an enjoyable stay!

Gorgeous, quiet, clean - highly recommend
Very responsive owner and check-in host made arrival and departure painless. The unit is roomy and spotless with super comfy beds and nice furniture in the main living areas. Kitchen well equipped and the balcony is great to relax in a very private setting (rare in Playa). I'm battling between submitting this review or abandoning it since we have guests arriving often and this is our favorite place to have them stay - the more great reviews this owner gets, the less likely we'll have open dates for our friends! Sigh, the angel in me wins - hitting "submit" now.
